Steve Kraytenberg-Director of Softball

The Sports Mill Softball Program is run by Steve Kreytenberg, Director of Softball. Steve is responsible for overall instruction, camps, clinics and future opportunities for Softball at the facility

Steve has coached baseball and softball for over 30 years, spending the last twenty years coaching girls’ fast-pitch softball. He is currently a college coach, travel ball coach and private hitting instructor.

At the college level, Steve coaches at New England College and is in his fourth year as an assistant. He is the hitting coach, infield coach and the pitching and catching coordinator.

Steve also works with New England Storm, one of the larger travel Softball organizations in New England. There he is the 18U coordinator and hitting instructor. He also educates the players and families on how to get recruited to play in college. Over the last 10 years, he has helped well over 100 girls to get in to college to play softball.

During the last twenty years of coaching, Steve has served on the Board of Directors for various softball organizations in the region. He is the former Vice-President of Softball for the Londonderry Athletic and Field Association and a former District Commissioner for Babe Ruth Softball.

Steve is married and lives in Londonderry, NH. He has three daughters of which two of them played softball in college, one at Middlebury College and the other at Clark University. He also has a daughter who coaches Softball at Brandeis University.
